How much weight did you lose/gain during a lock-down?

While humankind is fighting the biggest health battle due to this pandemic, it also has open doors for some at home. During the lockdown, I work out 4 to 5 times a week compared to my normal of 3 to 4 times a week. Plus, I’ve meditated for at least 45 minutes to stay calm and mentally well. Eating home-cooked meals is an added advantage as we neither went out nor ordered food from outside. It was one of the best times to look after my physical and mental health and resulted in a total of losing 5 kgs. Wohooo, it is an achievement!
